Alberta Artistic Swimming’s Club Webinar Series is designed to strengthen the knowledge, confidence, and capacity of club leaders across the province. This four-part series explores key topics essential to effective sport governance and organizational success: understanding the responsibilities of board members, building strong strategic and succession plans, introducing foundational principles of risk management for non-profits, and identifying and managing malpractice in sport.
Each session offers practical insights and tools to help club boards operate with integrity, accountability, and long-term vision—empowering them to create safe, sustainable, and well-governed environments where athletes and members can thrive.
