INtro to INclusion Part 1, 2, & 3
This presentation will introduce your team to diversity and inclusion. It is a starting point to the diversity and inclusion journey. We begin by exploring why this work needs to be undertaken, explore definitions for key terms, frame the idea of the diversity and inclusion journey and provide context about what leaders need to be thinking about and planning for. This session will be engaging and support leaders, coaches and athletes to create safe spaces to learn and journey together into the diversity and inclusion space. The session will then focus on what leaders need to be thinking about in terms of the different populations and intersectionality to support them in some action steps to move forward.

Fee: No registration fee is being charged however if you register and become unable to attend without notifying AAS 24 hours in advance you will be charged a $25 inconvenience fee.
