With the current cancelation of AAS events, including the Recreational Event, AAS will be offering a series of interactive virtual workshops for registered recreational athletes at no cost. The workshops will be open to recreational athletes who are currently registered with a club. Each workshop will be a different topic and you are welcome to participate in all of them. Information about topics will be posted as they are confirmed.
Please note that while we have set no minimum age requirements, an adult supervisor will need to be present for the nutrition session and athletes must be old enough to be able to follow along in the fitness workshop.

Pursuit of Fitness Fun – April 11th, 9:00am
The first in the series is all about making fitness fun at home. Presented by Liz Scott, Artistic Swimming Coach and Fitness Trainer.

Eat Well & Play Hard – Balanced Nutrition – April 18th, 10:00am
The second workshop will be a hands-on lunch and snack preparation workshop. Presented by Lalitha Taylor, Registered Dietitian. Parental supervision is required for younger athletes.
